    “I hadn’t really heard of breathwork until my massage therapist/friend suggested I reach out to Teaghan whom at the time was doing her practicum. At the time I was struggling with the adjustment of moving to a new city, ending a long term relationship and starting over what felt like my entire life at the age of 30.
